Job Description

What you'll do The Registered Domiciliary Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and leading a successful care team. The role involves ensuring that care services are delivered to a high standard, with the right number of qualified care workers available to meet the service demands. You will also ensure that all processes are followed, and documentation is completed accurately.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality standards both internally and for regulators, as well as meeting the requirements of contract holders.

Qualifications

What you need To succeed in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager with a strong passion for delivering excellent community care. You should have a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the services provided, as well as strong business management, budgeting, and commercial skills.
