Are you a compassionate leader with a knack for creating a warm, homely environment? My client, a family-owned provider, specializes in delivering residential care for children aged between 7 and 18 years in Deal, Kent. They are currently seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee the registration and management of two 2-bedroom children's homes in Deal, Kent, both currently rated 'Good' by Ofsted.
As a Manager with dual registration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service. Your business and management skills will be crucial in efficiently and effectively managing the team and day-to-day operations of the care homes. Taking sole responsibility, you will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and adhere to best practices in the field.
Our client, a small independent provider, is currently on a journey of expansion and growth and is looking for a Manager to become part of this new venture. Our client is looking for someone who will seize this fabulous opportunity head-on, someone who has the drive and passion to contribute to the development of this new home.
