Role Overview
As a Band 5 General Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality care to patients in diverse inpatient settings. This role is perfect for those looking to supplement their current commitments or enjoy the freedom of flexible working, while still making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with clinical guidelines and best practices. Work across different wards, adapting to varied patient needs and care environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards at all times.
Requirements
Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration. Experience in acute inpatient care across acute, medical or surgical wards is desirable. Strong adaptability to work in different ward environments. Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. We Offer:
