BANK Hours. (Shifts are on Nights 8pm to 8am) Working in a fantastic Elderly Nursing Care Home in a great location, this is a great opportunity for those looking for additional shifts or want to pick and choose shifts where available. Our nursing care homes provide specialist care for those with long-term illness or disability where more complex medical support is required. Minimum Requirements: Please note we are only accepting candidates with a UK active NMC PIN. About the Role: To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life. To provide professional leadership and support to the staff. To ensure professional support to residents and relatives. To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties. To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager.
