An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional independent mental health hospital based in the Wadhurst, East Sussex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

A mental health hospital specialises in the management and treatment of mental health problems. The hospital has residential facilities for patients, as well as offering outpatients' services.

To be considered for this role you must hold a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

Deliver high quality, service users focussed care. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Relevant clinical experience. Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Able to show a can-do attitude always.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP36,176 - GBP41,953 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
