Your role is crucial in providing our residents with a sense of security, dignity, and independence through personalised care. Your responsibilities will include: Administering prescribed medications following company and NMC guidelines. Providing treatments such as surgical dressings when needed. Assessing each resident's care needs thoroughly. Handling medical emergencies. Maintaining accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided. Our Registered General Nurses are kind and compassionate, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful Registered General Nurse will be adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families.
