This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute mental health needs, brain injury, and a thorough understanding of the Mental Health Act. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute mental health needs and brain injuries Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options Participate in ongoing professional development and training Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration Experience in acute mental health settings and brain injury care In-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered General Nurse with expertise in acute mental health and brain injury care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
