is a leading nursing agency that provides high-quality and reliable staff to various care homes across the UK. We are looking for agency Registered General Nurses (RGNs) who can work part time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating). As an agency Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for: Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the individual care needs of residents Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and care home policies Supervising and mentoring care staff and ensuring high standards of care delivery Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues and other health professionals Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation Adhering to the agency s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid NMC pin number and the right to work in the UK A minimum of

6 months

of post-registration experience as a nurse, preferably in a care home setting A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as per the agency s rota.
