Role Overview As an RGN/RMN, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for residents, providing compassionate, individualized care. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated care team to maintain high standards, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and valued. Responsibilities Patient-Centered Care:

Deliver hands-on care tailored to each resident, ensuring dignity and respect. Medication Management:

Administer medications accurately, adhering to safety guidelines. Care Planning:

Create and update personalized care plans and conduct risk assessments to meet each resident’s needs. Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, well-coordinated care. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Resident Support:

Provide emotional and social support, enhancing the well-being of residents. Qualifications NMC Registration:

Valid RGN or RMN registration in the UK. Clinical Skills:

Knowledge of the latest care practices, with experience in elderly care. Team Collaboration:

Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication skills. Attention to Detail:
