Registered Healthcare Manager - Children's Home Location: Wolverhampton Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE Hours: 40 per week (9-5 on-site)

The Role As a Registered Healthcare Manager for our children's home, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the children in our care. Leading by example, you'll ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Key Responsibilities: Champion Quality Care:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Inspire Your Team:

Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Safeguard with Confidence:

Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the welfare of every child is prioritised. Plan for Success:

Develop comprehensive care plans, monitor outcomes, and adapt to meet each child's evolving needs. Drive Continuous Improvement:

Implement quality assurance processes and contribute to the strategic development of the home.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Experience:

Proven track record in a managerial role within a children's residential setting. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in childcare. Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Passion:

A genuine commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children.
