We are seeking an experienced and passionate Homecare Manager to lead and manage a homecare service in the North-East.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in healthcare management to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, managing a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding homecare services. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved. Ensure all regulatory requirements (CQC) are met and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a supportive and engaged team environment. Develop and manage the branch's P&L, ensuring the service is both financially sustainable and continues to grow. Manage customer relationships, responding to feedback and ensuring satisfaction is maintained. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure the safety and well-being of both staff and clients. Monitor and review performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve quality and efficiency.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Homecare Manager or in a similar role, managing domiciliary or homecare services. A deep understanding of CQC regulations and a proven ability to achieve high inspection ratings. Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and development. A passion for delivering person-centered care and improving the lives of individuals in your community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff. Strong organizational skills and experience with financial management, including P&L responsibility.
