Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Salary: 40,000 - 42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Supernumerary hours)

Key Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided. Supervision and support of staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and delivering excellent care. Develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting individual choices, independence, and well-being for all residents. Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all health and safety & CQC guidelines are met
Requirements as a Registered Home Manager: Previous experience in management of elderly care/younger adults Experience in CQC notifications
