Work with Vista have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager to oversee the care and support of children within a solo EBD home based in Harlow. We would consider somebody with an LD background Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Children s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children s Residential or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting Driving Licence is essential Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm
