This home specializes in dementia and elderly care. We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented leader who can effectively supervise and inspire both individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and have a deep understanding of the needs of elderly residents. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect. Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards. Be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours. Requirements: NVQ 4 or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care or relevant qualification. Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strong CQC compliance A strong step up Deputy Manager with longevity or a Home Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a care setting.
