Mellors Care are delighted to be supporting a reputable Wales-based Nursing home provider in their search for a Registered Home Manager. This role will involve taking the registration for a small Nursing home based in Wrexham and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the service. This role would be a great opportunity for a Nurse looking to take that first step into home management.
The role will involve working alongside the Deputy Manager to support both service users and residents. Responsibilities will include:
Daily walk rounds for quality checking and providing support to the wider team
Recruitment
Developing and training staff
Clinical excellence - providing clinical support and guidance to the nursing team
Leading CQC and local authority inspections
Maintaining a focus on quality care and preservation of dignity for all service users
The successful candidate will be a qualified Nurse with some managerial experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first registered manager role, with excellent support from higher management available.
