We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a focus on enhancing their quality of life. Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial sustainability. Maintain a safe, supportive, and homely environment for both residents and staff. Requirements:
Registered Manager Qualification or equivalent. Proven experience in managing a care home, with a focus on dementia and elderly care. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
