We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Home Manager for a well-established residential care facility in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home management and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Oversee the daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring the smooth running of all areas. Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in care. Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and job satisfaction. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvement initiatives as needed. Take an active role in leisure and social activities, ensuring residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. Lead by example, demonstrating kindness, support, and professionalism in every aspect of the role. Minimum Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in a similar management role within a residential care setting. Strong knowledge and experience of elderly care, including dementia and respite care. Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in care. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Benefits:
