Registered Manager

to lead a large dementia nursing care home in Southport. This state-of-the-art care home is part of an award-winning care organisation, renowned for delivering exceptional care and services. We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate leader who can make a real impact, ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of a large dementia nursing care home, ensuring the highest level of person-centred care. Drive improvements and turnaround efforts to elevate the home's CQC rating. Manage and inspire a large team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining high standards across the home. Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment. Requirements: Must be a

Registered Nurse (RN)

with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience as a

Registered Manager

in large care homes, preferably in dementia nursing care settings. Strong turnaround experience with a track record of improving CQC ratings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. Ideally, candidates will be based in or near
