Registered Home Manager needed in Stoke On Trent We are recruiting for an experienced residential home manager to work within our clients residential home in Stoke On Trent. The home is registered for 30+ beds and with room to improve the CQC report, there is a lot of autonomy and room to really make this home your own. The director is very generous and supportive and can see how passionate he is about the home and the care that is being delivered so you have the opportunity to make this home something the community can be proud of. £45,000+ (negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience) Full time contract. Flexibility to meet the needs of the home - emergencies etc. Registered Home Manager experience + qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential for the post. Prior registration with CQC is preferred. Prior management experience within a 30+ bedded residential home. Must have up to date knowledge on CQC legislations.
