The role: Provide effective leadership and management of a team to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Coach, mentor, and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best. Develop and implement care and support plans. Offer excellent communication skills and encourage innovative thinking and collaboration among staff. Observe and assess staff performance and competencies. Liaise with the HR team and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements. Adhere to the core values of the organisation, creating a positive, person-centred, and inclusive approach.
