To coach, mentor, and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best. Develop & Implement care and support plans. Offer excellent communication skills and encourage people to be innovative in their thinking and work to share ideas and support making decisions. Observe and assess staff performance and competencies. Liaise with the HR team, and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements.
