The role: To provide effective leadership and management of a team of people to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. To coach, mentor, and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best. Develop & Implement care and support plans. Offer excellent communication skills and encourage people to be innovative in their thinking and work to share ideas and support decision-making. Observe and assess staff performance and competencies. Liaise with the HR team and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements.
