Working for one of the UK's leading providers of care and support to vulnerable people, we are seeking a dynamic leader who can manage and lead their neurological rehabilitation centre in Rochdale. The role: As the RM, you will be responsible for: Leading a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, supported by a network of Regional managers and Directors. Leading by example and having the ability to mentor, inspire, and encourage your team to deliver exceptional care. Adhering to and following all legislative and quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Managing the daily operations of the service, including arranging and attending team meetings, training, and staff performance management. Ensuring that all documents are clearly and effectively communicated, whilst empowering your team to excel in their own written communications and care plans. Overseeing the transitions for new individuals joining the service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and other external professionals. Being registered with the CQC. The ideal Candidate: You will have significant experience working with and supporting people with ABI and related illnesses. You will be an RM now seeking a new opportunity. Hold the Level 5 in leadership & management (or equivalent). You will have the ability to lead from the front and a genuine passion for delivering quality care. Excel in communication and possess a positive attitude with a key focus on delivering person-centred care. Be flexible to work on the 'on call' rota system.
