£76,992 package per annum Bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year Contract Type: Permanent About Us: SEND Inclusion Support collaborates with leading providers of Education and Care across the UK, aiming to provide comprehensive support to children and young people. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a fabulous staff team as a Registered Children's Home Manager in Albrighton. The Role: As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this home in Shropshire, which caters specifically to young individuals with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This fully staffed home operates on a shift pattern of 7 days on and 7 days off, with both sleep-in and waking night staff providing round-the-clock support. The home has been rated as OFSTED 'Good', reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations Provide leadership and guidance to staff members Create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development Actively participate in new referrals and admissions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the individual needs of each young person Requirements: Experience managing an OFSTED-rated Good or Outstanding children's home Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy an outstanding benefits package designed to recognise your hard work and dedication, while supporting your professional growth and personal well-being: Competitive Salary:

Base salary of £53,395 - £66,448, reflecting your skills and experience. Performance Bonuses:

Annual Bonus:

10% of your base salary to reward your achievements each year. Long-Term Bonus:

30% of your salary accrued annually for continued excellence.

On-Call Allowance:
