£36,871 - £43,770 per annum (dependent on experience) Bonus:

Registered Manager

to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care. Recruit, mentor, and develop a motivated team, promoting continuous development and excellence. Expansion & Development:

Lead the onboarding and operational setup of up to four new homes over the next year, ensuring they meet regulatory and operational standards. Care & Support Management:

Develop and implement individualised support plans, help young people build essential life skills, and promote their independence. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery. Multi-Agency Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, representing the organisation in multi-agency meetings. Operational Oversight:

Ensure homes are well-maintained, manage budgets effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years in a senior management role within supported accommodation or similar services. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation related to Looked After Children. Proven ability to manage and develop staff teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete). Why Join Us?
