Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism. Lead an established team and ensure they are effectively motivated, resourced, and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person-centred care. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families. Requirements:
Experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care. Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
