Position: Care Home Manager - Well-Established Care Home (Beddington, East Sussex)
Are you an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role? My client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Home Manager to join their well-established care home near Beddington, East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and service. Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture within the workplace. Ensure the home is compliant with all regulations and provides excellent care, especially for residents with dementia. Foster continuous professional development within the team. Create and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready for the next step. Extensive experience in managing teams, promoting a positive work environment. Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care. Preferably hold a QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. A passion for providing exceptional care and a commitment to improving the lives of their residents.
Hours & Salary: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary up to £50,000 for the right candidate.
