Supported Living Service Manager
Bexhill-on-sea - commutable from Hastings, Eastbourne, Battle etc
Circa £40,000 - £45,000
We have an exciting new Supported Living Manager role for one of the most reputable care providers in the South. The service itself is small in size and is located in a beautiful new building near the centre of the city. It supports service users with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care needs and Challenging Behaviour. As the Supported Living Manager, you will be expected to oversee a smooth running of the home and ensure a high quality of care is maintained.
Supported Living Service Manager Requirements:
-Management experience -Experience in Learning Disabilities/ autism care sector -Level 5 Diploma -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Good IT, finance, and organisational skills
Supported Living Service Manager Responsibilities:
-Ensuring high levels of support within the service -Support, development, and training for staff -Organisation of rotas, finances and report writing -Liaising with external bodies
