To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
(or the willingness to achieve it). A proven track record as a successful Registered Manager, including hands-on experience with Ofsted compliance. Passion for supporting young people with behavioural difficulties, ensuring their safety, growth, and happiness. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire those around you.
