About the role:

We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to manage our children's residential home that expertly responds to the needs of the children and young people age 6-12 years old in our care, keeping them safe from harm while preparing them for a fulfilling life ahead.

The successful candidate will be First point of contact on site as the Registered Home Manager Lead and manage a team of residential support workers and wider team Liaise with Ofsted and regulatory bodies Manage budgets and rosters effectively Reporting directly to the directors Manage training and development of staff

Who we are looking for:

To keep abreast of developments in social services practice To be individually accountable for standards of professional practice. Familiar with Ofsted regulations and protocol Holder of NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care At least three years’ experience of working (paid) with Children & Young people with challenging behaviours Experience leading and managing a team

INDPERM Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year
