They are an Ofsted regulated children's residential home provider dedicated to providing top-quality care and support tailored to the unique needs of their young clients. Role Description: An opportunity for a full-time role as a Registered Manager located in their new home in Birmingham or Redditch. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential home, providing safe and nurturing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership and support to the staff team. Regular and ongoing support and development is provided by the Responsible Individual.

Deputy Managers ready to step up will be considered. Main responsibilities and duties: Responsibility for the management of safeguarding children and young people, risk and service governance Ensure that children have access to services which meet their health, education, social, psychological, and emotional needs and wellbeing Monitor outcomes and progress for children in accordance with their care plans Management supervision, reviewing and monitoring standards, and practice development Reviewing care and service plans to ensure care is being delivered effectively Working with commissioners, local authorities, and health practitioners Qualifications and Experience: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to work towards) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 3 years experience working in children's residential care Minimum 2 years experience working in children's residential care in a supervisory/management role Remuneration: 3 bed home Employee Assistance Programme Salary GBP50k-57k basic (DOE) Birthday off Ofsted Bonuses: GBP1,000 Good, GBP2,000 Outstanding Occupancy Bonus GBP50 per child per month Pension contributions Free parking Free DBS check
