The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a compassionate approach, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, management skills, and the ability to foster a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and service. Resident Care Ensure that all residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their individual needs. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary. Address any concerns or complaints from residents and their families promptly and effectively. Staff Management Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal care delivery. Financial Management Develop and manage the nursing home's budget, ensuring financial sustainability. Oversee the management of resources, including supplies and equipment. Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring cost-effective operations. Compliance and Safety Ensure the nursing home meets all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and quality assurance. Develop and implement emergency procedures and safety protocols. Community Relations Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community. Act as a liaison with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Promote the nursing home within the community to enhance its reputation and attract new residents. Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare qualification. Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage financial operations and budgets effectively. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Preferred Attributes

Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or related field. Experience in a similar role within a nursing home environment. Knowledge of local healthcare services and community resources. Job Details
