OFSTED-registered manager

with a deep understanding of the OFSTED framework and proven experience managing a children's home for young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and other needs. Located in Spalding, our new home is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can truly thrive. You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework. Qualifications:

QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification. Experience:

A minimum of 2 years managing a children’s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities. Passion and Vision:

A dedication to creating a safe, empowering environment for children to reach their full potential. Your Role As our Registered Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards. Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of each child. Create a warm, therapeutic, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
