We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Registered Manager for our office in Bridgend to manage, develop and grow the business. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our franchise owner and an amazing team of care professionals. What you’ll do: Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes Ensure compliance with CIW regulations to achieve exceptional CIW inspections Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support Support business growth and meet commercial targets Be willing to attend training, meetings, conferences outside of local area from time to time. Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards) Strong knowledge of CIW assessment criteria Proven leadership in care management Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car Right to work full-time in the UK
