Registered Manager - Ofsted

£45,000 - £55,000 Due to expansion, my client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to cover a residential service in Worcester. The service specializes in EBD. As Registered Manager, you will oversee the care planning process for children, supervise the team in accordance with supervision policies, be an active and positive member of the management team, and lead the home through Ofsted Inspections. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all recommendations from the Ofsted Inspection and/or Regulation 44 visits are implemented. Deliver on-call support. Attend and contribute to supervision sessions and appraisal processes. Work in a safe manner and ensure that both the young people and the staff team are safe at all times. Minimum Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). 1 year experience in management of a team. 2 years experience in a children's residential setting or in residential services. Full, clean UK driving licence. An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment.
