Nursing Home Manager, Residential Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced deputy manager ready to step up into a management role, or for an experienced nursing/residential home manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive, family-run environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and well-being for all residents. Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated care team to maintain our high standards of service. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and promote continuous improvement throughout the home. Work closely with families, residents, and staff to foster a warm, supportive, and positive atmosphere. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient financial performance. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and sensitively, ensuring the best outcomes for residents and their families. Maintain effective communication with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and external partners. Requirements: Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home or an established Nursing Home Manager. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare regulations. A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team. A background in nursing (desirable but not essential) or significant management experience in a care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
