Leader Group , on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Registered Manager

to lead and manage a 6-bed home in London for children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our client prioritises the wellbeing of young people, fostering a nurturing environment where every child can reach their full potential. Deliver Outstanding Care:

Ensure high-quality care that achieves the best outcomes for each child and young person in the home. Strategic Leadership:

Oversee all care services, strategic planning, and day-to-day management. Staff Management:

Lead, supervise, and mentor staff while managing work schedules and facilitating training. Safeguarding and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safeguarding procedures, Children's Homes Regulations, and other relevant legislation. Continuous Improvement:

Proactively contribute to raising and maintaining childcare standards. What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 in Management. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.

Experience:

2-3 years' management experience in children's residential care. Proven ability to work with children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural challenges.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. In-depth knowledge of the Children's Act 1989 and Care Standards Act 2000.
