We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to join our organisation and oversee one of our beautifully furnished, nurturing children's homes. About Us: We provide exceptional care and support for children and young people, creating a home where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Our homes are designed to be warm and welcoming, with a focus on fostering a positive environment that supports growth and happiness. The Role: As a Registered Manager, you'll:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Quality Standards and regulations. Foster a nurturing environment where children feel safe and loved. Drive positive outcomes for children and young people, enriching their lives and supporting their potential. What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a residential children's home. Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) in Children and Young People Residential Care. Strong knowledge of regulations, including the Quality Standards and Children's Act. A caring, compassionate approach and commitment to outstanding care.
