We are looking for an Experienced Registered Manager to lead and open a new Children's Home in Herne Bay. This 4-bed EBD Home will cater to children aged 8-18. The provider is an already established name within the children's residential sector with a home already open within the borough and rated as Good in all areas with Ofsted.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with Ofsted to ensure the home's registration.
Key Requirements:
Essential : NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People or Residential Childcare Desirable : NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management Children and Young People Workforce Essential : Experience with Ofsted within the children's residential home sector Desirable : Driving license Responsibilities include: Managing the residential home Ensuring compliance with Ofsted legislation Training staff Developing care plans Fostering relationships with external professionals Ensuring that the children in our care are happy, healthy, and seek out positive outcomes in all that they do.
