About our Client: The Childrens home is a beautiful, detached home providing a nurturing environment for up to five children aged 6 11 who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE s) and developmental traumas.

The Role: As the Registered Manager of the children s home in Weymouth, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home and the development of our established team. You will lead by example, embodying therapeutic parenting principles and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with our integrated service team to deliver seamless care, education, and therapy.

Key Requirements: A Level 5 or Equivalent in Residential Childcare: Leadership & Management Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a Residential Children s Home A Good Knowledge of the SCCIF and the Children s Home Regulations (2015) A Proven Ofsted track record Leadership in Trauma Informed Practice
