As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. Bonuses : Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and Attendance allowance £1,400
