Total package:

Up to £74,709 per annum (8 bed children’s home)

PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day to day life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will make sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated.

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. This is all made possible because our service is holistic and touches on every aspect of our young people’s developmental needs.

By managing the day-to-day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well-rounded adults.

What we do for you:

Salary:

Base salary of £52,093 - £64,827

Bonuses:

Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), and Attendance allowance £1,400

You also receive a

long-term incentive plan:

a bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lump sum

Training:

A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy

Most of our regional managers have been promoted from within our group

What we need from you:

Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home

A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference

Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)

A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
