Registered Manager

for a Children's Residential home specialising in learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in Northampton and lead a home to success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee dual registration for a solo and 2-bed LD home Act as a turnaround manager to meet Ofsted standards Conduct regular staff training and development Manage budgets and resources effectively Liaise with families and external agencies

Minimum Requirements:

Level 5 in Leadership and Management Level 3 in Children's Residential 2 years of experience in a setting within the last 5 years, with at least one year at management level Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills
