Manage the residential home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and the home’s Statement of Purpose Lead the team to achieve the highest standards of care for young people Oversee recruitment, vetting, interviewing, and induction of new staff Develop and deliver a comprehensive training and development programme Ensure retention and longevity within the team Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and commissioning authorities to meet young people’s care needs Ensure compliance with regulatory organisations and maintain registration with the regulator Participate in on-call duties and provide operational support as needed Essential Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it) Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children's Home Full manual driving licence Commitment to ongoing professional development How to Apply:
