Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Experience : Extensive management experience in a residential youth care setting, with a solid understanding of the challenges and rewards involved. Leadership Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred, compassionate approach to leadership that inspires and supports your team.
