Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

We're looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to join our 'Outstanding' Secure Children's Service in St. Helen's. About Us: Our centre is a secure accommodation and educational facility, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for young people aged 10-18. Our highly trained, compassionate team is committed to empowering each young person to reach their full potential and thrive both inside and outside the facility. Qualifications : NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this). Experience : Extensive management experience in a residential youth care setting, with a solid understanding of the challenges and rewards involved. Leadership Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred, compassionate approach to leadership that inspires and supports your team.
