Registered Manager

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Oversee and support the delivery of outstanding care services that exceed regulatory standards and align with our commitment to excellence. Inspire, motivate, and develop teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care efficiently. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate proactively with internal teams, families, and external partners to ensure consistent improvement and quality. Promote service user dignity, independence, and privacy at every opportunity. Training & Development: Champion training programmes that align with compliance and service delivery needs, fostering a culture of growth and capability. Policy & Compliance: Implement, review, and maintain company policies in line with evolving regulatory requirements (CQC frameworks). Educate teams on CQC domains and ensure measurable performance improvements across all areas. Quality & Risk Management: Conduct quality audits, report findings to Senior Management, identify trends, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement. Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and ensure learning is shared across the organisation. Governance & Commercial Support: Actively participate in governance meetings, contributing insights on data protection, compliance, and business strategy. Support business growth by assisting in tenders, managing contracts, and seeking commercial opportunities. What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
