Registered Children's Home Manager

Annual Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Location: North East, UK Job Type: Full-time Contract: Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OFSTED children's home Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. Relocation options available. As Registered Manager, you will be taking responsibility for the implementation of all young people’s placements including their development, monitoring, and review to ensure they are fully supported emotionally and mentally. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children’s home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards. Lead and support a team of care professionals. Develop and implement care plans. Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people. Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Sufficient UK experience leading and managing directly in a children’s home and knowledge of the Children Act & Children’s Homes Regulations. Qualifications: NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services, or an equivalent qualification, with registration from Ofsted. DBS: Registered on the DBS update service. Drivers: Highly preferred. Benefits
