The Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Overview:
On behalf of an established, quality domiciliary care provider, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join the team across the South Manchester area.
The Registered Domiciliary Care Manager will lead and manage a team of carers and work with the senior management team to grow the branch. Caring for adults and children, providing individual care needs in the clients' own home, developing strong relationships with the clients and their families.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge in a growing company, which can offer opportunities for growth and progression.
The Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Candidate:
Experienced Manager within the care sector Excellent CQC knowledge and experience Must be passionate about providing quality care to individuals in need Ideally NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
The Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Package:
Up to £35,000 starting salary Excellent pension scheme Extensive training and career progression opportunities Opportunities to become part of an excellent team
The Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Interview Process:
