My client has a well-established nursing home near East Grinstead, seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and provide the highest quality of care to their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care. Lead and manage a dedicated team of staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Implement best practices in care, particularly in dementia care (knowledge of dementia is preferred). Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A valid nursing pin (ideally, but not essential). In-depth knowledge of dementia care (preferred). Proven registered management experience in a similar setting. Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
