Are you an experienced leader in children's residential care looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a

Registered Manager

to take the helm of a 2-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home and lead it to success. The Role:

As the

Registered Manager , you will oversee all aspects of running the home, ensuring it operates to the highest standards of care and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive. Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring the home meets and exceeds

Ofsted standards . Developing and managing personalised care plans for each child. Leading, supporting, and developing a team of dedicated professionals. Promoting a therapeutic, child-centered approach within the home. Taking responsibility for safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance. Managing budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources. About You:

Hold a

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

(or equivalent). Proven track record as a Registered Manager in children's residential services. Strong knowledge of

Ofsted frameworks

with experience in achieving good or outstanding ratings. Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable young people. What's on Offer:
